Definitions

• You means the individual, business, or other legal entity accessing or using the Service.

• APP OWNER means the individual or business entity that owns a SaaS App built on the SaaS Maker Platform.

• Cookies are small files placed on Your device by a website, containing details of Your browsing history on that website, among other uses.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Data Responsibilities

SAAS FACTORY serves as the data processor for information collected by SaaS Apps created with the SaaS Maker Platform. APP OWNERS are the data controllers of the data collected within their applications. SAAS FACTORY may process limited metadata (such as account activity) for security, billing, and maintenance purposes. If You have questions about how a specific SaaS App uses Your data, contact its APP OWNER.

While using the Service, We may ask You to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You, including but not limited to:

• Billing information (processed by Our third-party payment processors)

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. SAAS FACTORY is not liable for any failure to perform under this Privacy Policy caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God; natural disasters; war, terrorism, riot, or civil unrest; governmental or law enforcement orders; embargoes, strikes, or labor stoppages; epidemics or pandemics; DDoS attacks or other electronic disabling forces; and electrical, telecommunication, or computer failures.
